Welcome to Maggie’s Piano Studio. To ensure a smooth learning environment and protect the interests of both parties, please read and adhere to the following policies.

1. Tuition and Scheduling

The studio operates on a monthly tuition basis, which reserves an exclusive weekly time slot in the teaching schedule. Payments are due before the first lesson of each month. If payment is not received by the first class, the studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the lesson. Monthly tuition is calculated based on the number of lessons scheduled within that month.

2. Attendance and Punctuality

Students are expected to arrive on time and bring all required materials to class. Lesson time will not be extended for students arriving late, and the lesson will conclude at the originally scheduled time. For any lessons missed due to student absence, there are no refunds, credits, or make-up lessons provided.

3. Cancellations Policy

The studio requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellation. If the required notice is provided, the student is eligible to carry over the lesson credit to the following month’s tuition; please note that this flexibility is limited to one lesson per month and cannot be accumulated or carried over to subsequent months. In the event that less than 24 hours' notice is given, or if no notice is provided, the lesson will be charged in full and no credit will be issued. If the instructor is unable to conduct a lesson, the studio will notify the student in advance to either arrange an alternative time or provide a full credit toward the next month's invoice.

4. Withdrawal Policy

A minimum of one week's formal notice is required when withdrawing from lessons. All tuition fees are non-refundable, and no refunds will be issued for any remaining lessons after the withdrawal notice is provided.

5. Holidays and Breaks

Please refer to the studio for annual holidays and scheduled closures. Statutory holidays are generally excluded from the monthly tuition fee; lessons will not be held, and those days will not be charged.
